Shipping policy

Shipping Time:

Orders ship Monday to Friday and we do our best to ship as quickly as possible.  Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.

Please note we will only ship to the name and billing address indicated on the order submitted to a PayPal confirmed shipping address.  Orders over $100 will require a signature on delivery.

We ship via Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 2 to 9 business days.

International Shipping:

At this time we only ship Canada wide.

Taxes:

If your order is being sent to Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island you will be charged HST. If your order is being sent to any other Canadian province, you will be charged GST only.

 Lost or Stolen Parcels after delivery:

Once parcels are successfully delivered to the correct address we are no longer responsible for the loss/theft of said parcels.  Make sure to specify any special delivery locations, ie: side door, behind planter/urn, mailbox, etc.  If there is any concern of loss/theft.
